1. SERVICES

Company agrees to provide event photography and/or booth services as outlined in the selected package and invoice.

2. PAYMENT & RETAINER

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date.

• Remaining balance is due prior to event start time.

• All sales are final. No refunds.

3. EVENT COVERAGE & TIMING

• Coverage begins at the scheduled start time.

• Setup and breakdown time are included unless stated otherwise.

• Overtime is billed at Company’s hourly rate and must be paid before image delivery.

4. GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY

• Client is responsible for guest behavior.

• Company is not responsible for guest interference with equipment.

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in service termination with no refund.

5. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE

Client is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, booths, props, or accessories caused by guests, vendors, or venue conditions.

6. ALCOHOL DISCLAIMER

Company is not liable for incidents involving alcohol consumption at the event.

7. POWER & VENUE ACCESS

Client must provide safe, working power outlets and adequate space.
Company is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or power failure.

8. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

Events proceed rain or shine.
Company is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, power outages, or venue shutdowns.

9. IMAGE DELIVERY

Turnaround time begins after the event and payment completion.
No RAW files are provided.

10. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Company retains copyright ownership.
Client receives personal-use license unless otherwise stated.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

13. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking services or submitting payment, Client agrees to all terms herein.
