Cancellation Policy
1. Retainer fee is required and NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. Remaining balance is to be paid prior or the day of session or event. 3. All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. 4. If client is more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to the remaining balance. 5. If client is more than 30 minutes late, session canceled. 6. 24 hours to review pictures for any changes. 7. The party is responsible for any and all damages done on set. 8. If needed, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours. 9. BASED IN HOUSTON. Locations beyond a 25-mile radius from NRG Stadium will incur an additional traveling fee added to the remaining balance.
